North Place Church
Sachse, TX
Northplace Church’s Heart for the House campaign began with a 140-acre land purchase in Sachse, TX. The church knew they had maximized their potential growth at the current location, and that relocation would be a crucial step in their efforts to meet future needs. Lee Architects was selected by the church to provide the master planning, architecture and engineering for the project. Phase I of the master plan included a 52,000-square foot church featuring a state of the art 1,400 seat multi-purpose worship center, a dynamic children’s area and children’s worship areas along with a spacious commons area that acts as a central spine connecting all areas of ministry. Upon entering the lobby, everyone is drawn to the baptismal area and water feature. The commons area also includes a central lobby, a coffee bar, information kiosk, and new-comer’s check-in area. The growth has exceeded their expectations and Lee Architects has begun planning for their next phase.
