This building is located in a prominent location at a highly visible intersection in West Greeley. The main floor houses one of Cache Bank’s facilities.

This project won the 2001 Associated General Contractors of Colorado ACE Award for design-build projects under $10 million. It was completed under a design/build contract between Lee Architects/Interior Designers and Hensel Phelps Construction Company.

The combination of materials and the large overhangs create varied shadows that provide a visually pleasing statement from both near and afar.
